I found myself having a worst time while going out with friends because of the restrictions. Its not impossible to restrict what you eat but it can create a toxic relationship with food.
It all comes down to the type of person you are, if you find yourself rarely going out to dinner and don’t get any negative side effects you might love keto. Although I mentioned I wasn’t having the best time on the diet I did notice some impressive cognitive benefits from being in ketosis. This is because ketone bodies are the brains preferred fuel and the lack of carbs can drastically cut down on brain fog and inability to focus.
With that said, the keto diet may not be right for everyone. Some people may experience negative side effects like headaches, fatigue, constipation, and bad breath. And if you have certain medical conditions, such as kidney disease or diabetes, the keto diet could actually be dangerous.
